| 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM | A Deep Dive into RP900 - Raymond Rees, President and CEO of PASS Training and Compliance, will provide an in-depth monthly session on inspecting your systems. This requirement is part of a federally mandated regulation for USTs installed after April 11, 2016. It states that USTs must be inspected for releases at least every 30 days to ensure compliance with 40 CFR 280.43(g) interstitial monitoring requirements (40 CFR 280.41). |
