Tayler started with the family business in 2015 as the lubricants warehouse manager. He has also had roles as a lubricants, fuel, and propane truck driver, convenience store manager, and general operations manager. He works alongside his father, Ryan Johnson, and brother, Tanner Johnson.
In 1971, J. Edward Johnson passed the business on to his son, Ralph L. Johnson, who continued to shape the company's identity. Under Ralph's leadership, the first convenience store opened in 1975, followed by the inaugural Quick Lube in 1988. Strategic acquisitions, such as a local distributor in 1996 and Truck Wash in 1998, further diversified the company. In 1999, Ryan Johnson took the helm, bringing his unique perspective on energy to the family business. In 2013, Ryan's son Tanner began at the company. In 2015, Tayler entered the company.
